Does Google just kinda suck at anything connected to Google Plus?

Whatever the reason, our Google Hangout had to be moved to Skype, where it went swimmingly well.

Hi I have sent emails but they must have gone into cyberspace! I wondered when to expect my planetary talisman? I like to have some idea when to expect things I have ordered, so that if it says: 2 to 3 weeks I have an idea of the time scale to expect before panicking.
