Slippery Elm, Adders Tongue, and Pepper

I keep my politics out of my course and course forums as completely as I can. I rarely engage in them on the blog here, but this is one of those times….

I engage in political magic all the time, but its always targeted and done with links. Rituals to “make candidate X win” are not very effective unless you are talking about a town election. Rituals aimed at nudging the vote in a key county that is on the fence and would tip the state are much more effective. If you can plant some spells on the ground there, and take some links back home, it is even better.

Or you can try to influence a politician directly. They are just one person after all. Works best if its to get them to do something that they really want to do anyway. Like speak their mind and let rip about what they really think. Trump right now is holding his tongue and sticking to the script. If people wanted him to be a little looser they could take his picture or some campaign swag and ping it up in a bag with some Slippery Elm and Adders Tongue to loosen his lips, and then maybe some Black and Red Pepper for heating him up, and maybe some Poppy Seeds for Confusion. Take this at night and shake it violently over an incense of the same and chant for him to let himself go. “Let Trump Be Trump” as they used to say in his campaign…

Maybe a prayer to Mercury for loosening tongues couldn’t hurt either

People with this many eyes upon them are very difficult to hex effectively, but with enough people… who knows.
