Field Report Friday – Fast Workplace Imrpovement
I stress strategic planning and many enchantments leading up to big goals, but this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t celebrate fast and quick success from a single spell or talisman. In this case David Williams purchased a Black Hand Financial Talisman from me and performed a basic activation with it when he got it. He was in the middle of developing a strategy but in the meantime wanted to set the talisman to work towards the general direction he wanted to head. I will let David tell the rest.
Field Report Friday – Black Gator Hand
The Black Gator hand arrived roughly 2 weeks ago from this newest batch made by Jason. Upon receiving it, I welcomed it into my sphere, made introductions, and smoked it in Dragon’s Blood Incense. Told it that I was still working on the details of a plan, but for now I would be most happy if it just nudged financial matters in my favor.
Four days after introducing myself to the hand my annual review was scheduled – six months earlier than usual. I got a raise. These normally don’t occur in my company until the fall, so it was quite unexpected.
Six days later a co-worker who had been trying to sabotage my position at work was revealed and she quit that day. Note: that I am something of a an upper level peon at the firm where I work, and this person was in line to be a managing partner….
Monday this week my credit card, which I only use to help build my credit rating, out of the blue decided to double my credit limit, which of course reduced the % of credit I use roughly in half and gave my credit rating a not insignificant boost.
Tuesday I found a way to squeeze enough out of my budget to pay off another debt completely, freeing up roughly 8% of my total income.
Thursday, I got a job promotion based on the fact the Repair tech told his boss about me and the boss came to meet me on the next maintenance run and liked me, which of course leads to another raise….
I asked Dave what he did to get this early double raise. Magic always works though something, so there must be a reason. The following was his answer:
I honestly have no clue. I just do my job. I will say that the site I run was part of a package deal of taking over these responsibilities in multiple offices, and my office was a supposed to be the loss leader. Since I took over I’ve had it running in the black 3 out of 4 years, At the same time I trouble shoot at the other sites and I’m what the Japanese would term “the American Employee,” I.e. I’m not afraid to tell the boss that his ideas are f*cking stupid.”
The Take-Away
Normally I would not post a report about a talisman, especially one that I sell. It gives the impression that this is the kind of thing that is going to happen to anyone that buys one, and that is simply not the case. I made an exception in this case because the it does illustrate the kind of thing that CAN happen when you set yourself on a trajectory with your actions and just add a touch of magic to the mix. In this case Dave was doing an exceptional job beyond what was expected of him. When he introduced himself to the talisman and spoke to it as the living thing it is, the hand did not really grab the raises and promotions: it grabbed attention, which then yielded the spectacular results. It also eliminated an obstacle, in this case an enemy, which is what this particular talisman excels at.
The message of this post is not to buy a talisman from me… at this moment that remaining Black Hands will only available to the Strategic Sorcery community, and I am not making any new ones for a few months. The point is to honor any talisman in the way that David did, and to live an enchant-able life, so that a talisman or spell can dig right in and start generating results.
